WHAT: Laurel Regional Hospital

WHO: Laurel Mayor Craig A. Moe is dedicating his MY TIME WITH THE MAYOR event on Monday, August 10, 2015 to a public discussion on this important community issue.

WHY: The Dimensions Healthcare System Board of Directors has voted to accept the recommendation of its hired consultant that the Laurel Regional Hospital, a full-service hospital, be closed and replaced with an ambulatory care center by 2018.
The Mayor, Laurel City Council members, State, and County elected officials want to hear what residents and business owners have to say about the plan.

WHEN: Monday, August 10, 2015 from 4:30p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

WHERE: Laurel Municipal Center, 8103 Sandy Spring Road, Laurel, MD 20707
 Speakers will be limited to 3 minutes.
 Those who do not wish to speak during this event which will be televised LIVE on Laurel TV can submit questions by email in advance to laurelmayor@laurel.md.us.
