* – F&B Linen
* – Locksmith Supplies
* – Biohazard Waste Hauling
* – Cardboard Hauler (Recycling Service and Rebate Program)
* – Roof Top Cleaning and Inspections
* – Door Airwalls
* – Conservatory Props/Displays
* – Chiller Maintenance
* – Boiler Maintenance
* – UPS (Uninterruptable Power Supplies)
* – Generator Maintenance
* – Cooling Towers (Condensers)
* – Annual Infrared Testing of Electrical System
* – Large Metal Hauler (Recycling Service Program)

The session will provide information on project status, description, procurement, and schedule for bid packages release (for areas noted above).

Note: The MGM National Harbor Community Benefit Agreement includes a 20% minimum goal of spending with County-based minority (incl. woman owned) businesses and 30% minimum for spending with overall County-based businesses in its projected $40-50 million each year in buying/procurement activities during the annual operation of MGM National Harbor.
